This page is maintained by the app owner of Adzer to answer common privacy questions about the service. It describes how the app handles your data and your privacy choices, not a certification or legal guarantee.
1. What data we collect
Adzer does not connect to your Amazon account. You upload an Amazon Advertising report (CSV or Excel) yourself. The file is parsed entirely in your browser and may include campaign names, ad groups, keywords, search terms, impressions, clicks, spend, orders, sales, and derived metrics such as CTR, CPC, ACoS, CVR, and ROAS. We do not collect your Amazon Seller Central login, password, or OTP.
2. How we use your data
We use your advertising data only to generate the analysis and recommendations shown in the app. We perform calculations directly on your numbers, and we do not estimate or fabricate metrics. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising unrelated to the app.
3. Authentication
We do not use Amazon OAuth or any Amazon login. Sign-in to Adzer is handled through Lovable Cloud (Google / Apple) only to gate the upload and dashboard pages. Your Amazon report stays on your device during analysis.
4. Data storage and retention
The app owner decides how long campaign data is retained for analysis. In general, data is kept only as long as needed to provide the service and to improve calculation accuracy. You can ask for deletion of your account data by contacting the app owner using the details below.
5. Platform and hosting
This application is built and hosted on Lovable Cloud, which provides infrastructure, authentication, and database services. Platform-level security and availability are handled by Lovable, while app-specific data practices described on this page are the responsibility of the app owner.
6. Cookies and analytics
We may use essential cookies and basic analytics to keep the app running and understand how it is used. No third-party advertising trackers are used, and analytics data is not linked to the contents of your uploaded report.
7. Your privacy choices
Because Adzer never connects to Amazon, there is nothing to disconnect on Amazon's side. You can delete your Adzer account or request a copy of any data we hold by emailing the app owner at the contact address below.
